Fridays are good! The sun is shinin...(sort of), i got my long run done for the weekend, i am ready to go out on the town (which usually turns into karls Jr.play ground and a rented movie), and i'm pumped to hear some GOOD messages from the wonderful leaders of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. What could be better! Have a splendid weekend all!

Can I just say I am really jealous you get to go to Boston. I wish I could go, maybe next year! I am going to do STG again. I hope to get a better time this year! Good Luck at Boston, I wish we lived closer as well, I really need a running buddy. Do you run with Meredith? How is she doing? Well you fam is beautiful, and your little boy could not be any cuter!
