So remember when Owen wouldn't sleep through the night for 2 years straight? Well after a few sleepless nights and tough love, he is cured!! Here is what went down during nap time yesterday-
me- "ok O, its time to take a nap, lets go read a story."
O- " Ok mom. lets go to bed"
me- "have a good nap"
O- "You too mom."
WHAT?! Where is my child? I think the big man upstairs decided to reward us big time after 2 yrs of sleepless nights! Holy moly. Its heaven, Now if we could just get this little fella to sleep through the night.

That is truly great news. Just wait for a few months when Reggie and Owen can take their afternoon nap at the same time. Heaven.
Congrats! Our little ons used to sleep through the night BEFORE our trip to Canada for Christmas, but oh no, not now!!!!We're working on the potty training too, how's your little guy doing? Or should I ask, how are YOU doing?
That's soooo nice! What did you do? I need some tips! Rylie started sleeping through the night at about 2 months for about 2 nights, and ever since she is up at least 4 times a night, sometimes every hour! She wont take a bottle, so formula is out of the question right now, but she does eat solids...you would think that would help huh....nope! I am a huge huge push over, I can't let her cry, HELP ME!
PS, love the pictures, you have such handsome boys! Reggie is so darling, I would love to come see him sometime!
ha ha --- that makes me laugh. I lvoe the little pictures of your cute family -- we got the one in the mail today -- SOOO cute!!!! i need to be where your sister is when we have ours so i can have great pictures!!! (i found out today what we are having...but am gonna surprise chip for V-day so won't tell until then)

Hey! I am so happy you commented on my blog- now I know about yours!
I just want to say i love your baby's bird legs. They are so sweet- just like Luke's used to be!
Also, on sleep, tough love is the only way to get it done around here. Luke went through the worst stage at about 5 months where he would wake up screaming bloody murder about 6 times a night. I just had to bite the bullet and let him cry it out. The hardest 2 nights of my life (btw- hubby was interning in Boston at the time...) but it paid off, and he LEARNED how to put himself to sleep. It's hard, but the reward is priceless!
It's amazing what happens when he is no longer the baby... he's a big brother! Got to set an example now!
HURRAY! lucky you!
I think I mentioned this book before, but I really think you should get it! It's called "On becoming Babywise" and it's about getting your baby into a sleep eat wake pattern and how it helps your baby to start sleeping through the night by 7 weeks and CONTINUE to sleep through the night! I could even drop my book off at your house and you can borrow it if you are interested. I know people who SWEAR by this book. It's worth a shot
