So, tomorrow morning, Daddy-O and I are running the Provo 1/2 marathon. Just checked the weather and looks like it will be 28 degrees with rain-snow showers in the morning. Looks like fun...at least it will be an adventure right? They better have some good food at the finish line. Cause isn't that the reason we run these races anyway?Wish us luck.

good luck - i was going to run a 10 miler tomorrow in prep for my 1/2 marathon on the 18th of this month but it is raining and hailing here too - so looks like my 9 miles are going to be on the treadmill!!!

Oh come on now Linds, it is only 28degrees with approx. 17 mph northern wind storm. (we should only have to run into the wind one time)No snifflling please.
The race was actully quite fun with decenct volunteers and sponsors. The awards were OK, nice dry fit shirt for mens. The womens had some size issues. Overall good run....
heck yeah. good food at the finish line is what keeps ya going. well, i wouldn't know, seeing how i haven't run a race in waaaayyy too long, but i could see how it would:)
