So apparently Owen decided to make his own lunch today and got caught red handed in a container full of cool whip. Hey, if i could eat whatever i wanted for lunch, it would be that too. Happy Friday!

Birthday Details
The day started with a nice tough hike/run to the Y with my beautiful sister Haley.
Then we dropped off the kids with "papa" and headed up to Park City and shopped till we couldn't shop anymore.

A special thanks to Jeremy and Kevin who came over for the special demolition day. Back to work boys!

A few things...
I LOVE these days...
A good boy on a long car ride.
Gummy candies.
Little boys shoes.
Running in the rain, or anytime for that matter.
A nice note from the hubbie with hand picked roses from our yard, neatly lying on my pillow.
"So you think you can dance". Finale tonight!
Water, water, water in the 100 degree weather. Or if i am feeling lucky, a soy jamba juice. mmm
More good things to come...

Belly update
Sorry, no pics of the belly at this point but im finally starting to feel better...4 months later! Although now i am really growing a belly and its getting harder to fit in my clothing. Its getting a bit harder to run these days too. People have been asking what i do while i am pregnant so let me tell you... I run about 5 days a week 4-5 miles. After it gets too hard to run, i like to do the elliptical at the gym and do spin class and a weight lifting class. Bottom line is...exercise is SO important when you are pregnant so i must give myself credit because i try and work hard. I feel better about being fat and I have more energy when i exercise and its good for the babies heart as well! So all you preggo's out there, don't skip over your morning run, it'll do you mighty good!

Going Back to School...
This is Harvard...i won't be going there this fall, but i will be going back to UVSC ( soon to be UVU...i must give myself a little credit). I have been itching to go back and finish my degree in health and nutrition and someday be a registered dietician. No time is the perfect time so i am jumping into it and gettin' 'er done! Wish me luck.

Home at last!
Things we did...Things we saw...
I spent the first couple of days in a small town called Othello, Wa. The rest of the time was spent in Seattle and surrounding areas.
First stop, SNOQUALAME FALLS- a HUGE beautiful natural waterfall in Seattle.
Next Stop- SAFECO FIELD. Mariners Vs. Red Sox. My cute father in law, Tyson and I enjoyed the game from the 7th row. People behind us caught a foul ball and the people in front of us spend over $100.00 on beer. WHAT?!
